i took an aderal xr 20 milligrams this morning, im 16, and not prescribed. it was my 2nd day taking it, but im never taking it against. im shivering cold and ate nothing for the past 2 days. what should i do to clean my body of ampehatimes and feel normal? how much did i hurt my health?

Definently call a drug hotline...or a hospital they will tell you what you can do...but only time will make you feel better...seems like your body rejected everything instead of letting you have a good time....hope you get better soon!

there is a drink for detox....its for cleaning impurities out of your system.....apple cider vinegar and purified water......you didnt hurt yourself you just had a normal reaction to medication you didnt need........dont take anymore of it......you will feel fine in a day or so
