It doesn't. It's totally unsafe. Too many fraudulent auctions and sellers.

Google "vladuz + ebay" to see how vulnerable eBay's systems are (read: wide open to hackers).

I heard CNN was supposed to run a big story about them on the 15th, but then eBay bought a whole bunch of advertising, so they squelched it. That's how eBay avoids all kinds of bad press.

You would just have to believe the people who are selling them are as honest as you wish them to be.

Also, I found the rating of users are very useful on deciding who to buy it from. The higher than rating the better sellers they are. Also, don't forget check their comment from other sellers, if they do get negative reviews, why?!
