i think i have razr burnned but im not sure exactly what it is...so what is ti??? details please??

i think you get razor burns from dry shaving. did you dry shave? cause when i when i first started shaving in seventh grade i figured i didn't need soap and water and just dry shaved and wow i was horrified because after i dry shaved one leg it hurt so much and had red streaks (i called them rashes) all over...needless to say i've never dry shaved again. i'm guessing that's how you get razor burns. i'm not too sure though. hope that helps.
