When I buy something on eBay, I have the chance to give feedback on the service I got . I want to give a good report every time, but I don't have anything against giving bad feedback if someone deserves it . How do I decided what to say when I leave my feedback ?

Be careful about giving negative or neutral feedback!! There is A LOT of retaliatory feedback on ebay! So, if you leave a neutral (a lot of sellers consider a neutral a soft negative) or a negative, you will get the same in return 95% of the time. So, be prepared to receive what you leave. People do this whether it's warranted or not and there is nothing you can do about it because feedback cannot be removed or changed once left. It does not matter even if it's all lies...it can't be removed. If you have a problem, you first need to contact your buyer or seller BEFORE leaving feedback. Feedback is the VERY LAST thing you do in a transaction. What I say in my feedback is something like "Fast Shipping, Received item as described, seller recommended." Things like that. You should read up on feedback on the site. The best place is to read the feedback section on the Community Answer Center page. If you MUST leave a negative...stick to the facts only. Don't name call because that will actually look worse on you than your buyer/seller.

well what do you like about that person is that person like a fast shipper or wants to make you happy as to keep in contact with you in case of problems its really what you like out of that person
