"Hasani" is an arabic name and it means handsome or good. THe arabic name "Hassan" means the same thing. Do know in the arabic language if you put an 'I' at the end of words and names, it is away of saying that it is yours like if I say "Habibi", its like saying my heart or my love. Perhabs that is the case with "Hasani"

That's a muslim name. I know Turkish guys wearing that name, Nigerian guys wearing it. But honestly I never asked them what it means.
I just asked the Turkish girl living next door here in the hostel. She said she don't theink the name has nay meaning.

maybe you mean hasaan or hasan or hussein however the two last names are the Prophet's Muhamed (p.b.h) grand sons,
