I miss you. I dont understand why your upset? What did I do?
I thought we were friends.

I miss you = Te extraño
I don´t understand why you are upset? No entiendo por qué estás enojado(a)
What did I do? = ¿Qué he hecho? or ¿Qué hice?
I thought we were friends = Pensé que eramos amigos(as)

I dont understand why you are so upset?-- No entiendo porque estas molesta? (you can use 'enojada' or 'brava', means the same!)

What did I do?-- Que hice?

I thought we were friends?-- Pense que eramos amigos
