I need a program a parent can download and install on their home machines that allow them to block certain sites and only those certain sites not a bunch of sites it thinks are bad, and of course no spyware, any suggestions?

install a net nanny sort of programs, such as NetDog, go to: http://www.freewarefiles.com/program_5_180_16558.html
