My mother is disabled and her right foot is a size 5 and her left foot is a size 8. I want to buy a nice pair of shoes for her, but, it's difficult to do when forced to buy a pair of shoes in each size so that she can wear one of each. She settles for cheaper shoes because it's really hard to buy two pairs of shoes for one set of feet. Any help would be great.

Unfortunately not.
Back in the sixties, a woman in St. Louis created a data base for such people, with opposite size differences, and connected them for exchanges. A fee was her only compensation.
Long gone.

With the internet, maybe an oportunity?
