Before some day i bought a camera on ebay by Byitnow.When i want to pay, they required Paypal account.Ican't have paypal because my country dont have service of paypal.So my payment are pending.I request seller any elternate way, he told me for sending money order, its more expensive then real price.Some one can help me please, how i can buy on ebay without having Paypal ?

I opened a paypal from South Africa, you cant put money into the paypal account but you can use your credit card on it.
You go all the way through the site as if you are paying and on the last page you select "credit card"
It worked for us.

You should have read the details of their auction before bidding, as you will probably incur a non-paying bidder striker.
Most people don't want to deal with money orders and will charge more simply for the aggravation of having to deposit a money order in their bank and wait for it to be mailed to them, etc...
It looks like you will only be able to deal with people who can do direct credit card transactions (if you have a Visa or MC) or check/money order transactions..

Most of the sellers on Ebay will except a money order or cashiers check mailed to them. If you explain your situation, most sellers will work with you on the payment. Hope this helps!

Use your credit card and only shop where they accept them.
