Setting up outlook?

I am at a cmplete loss here. I want to set up outlook express and I can't figure it out:( I want to use my shaw webmail account but I dont know how to find the server or even where to start...Help!

You would have to ask your email provider for the POP3 and SMTP settings. Then it is as easy as following the directions when you first open outlook.
