How do you love your teacher? Hope it's not in any unacceptable way. You may want to give more details if you want a good answer. If it's strictly because you love him or her as a teacher inspirational may be a good word.

You really shouldn't because you could get your teacher in trouble. If you must say something, tell him/her that you really enjoy the class and get a lot out of it. That will make his or her day.
