No, the laws in the US are equal for all. But nobody ever said that lawyers had to be equal. The rich can afford much better lawyers. That still does not guarantee they go Scott free.

nope , they are in place for us to live our life with morals and to give everyone no matter where they were born a chance to succeed . Some people can't succeed and blame the government , but the opportunities are everywhere
