At what point in time do you want to start your list. NeoConvict means a person newly convicted of something. Do you mean convicted of a crime? If the person has been previously convicted and has now been convicted of a new crime do they get a double entry or just a single entry? Can we use the same definition of convicted as St Paul which would then include all fundamentalist Christian's?

The use of Neo has become ridiculous! Maybe you should start calling people Krypto instead. Remember the KryptoFascists of the 50's and 60's?
