My prom is coming up soon and I'm so excited. I bought the most gorgeous dress the other day and I just need to tell somebody about it! It's a black chiffon halterneck with a diamond clasp and then it's short at the front and goes all the way to the ground at the back. The hem is finished with simple ruffles so it's really pretty and feminine. I even got to have it fitted so that it's exactly my size! Only bad thing is I know have to wait until April till I can go collect it.. oh well- it will be worth it! It's not like a traditional prom dress, I think it's a bit more grown up, sort of like a cocktail dress. All I need now is a cute pair of heels and a satin clutch!

mine was (last year) a pale gold colour, strapless and fitted at the top then flared out at the hips with a slight train at the back, looked really nice cos i have blond hair :) although the prom didnt go so well... hope you enjoy yours the dress sounds beautiful!

A Gone With The Wind pink and white nightmare! There were little hearts embroidered all over it and ribbons everywhere! The sleeves were much like those of Snow White's. The pictures are painful to look at but I actually thought I looked and even sadder than that, I did for the time!
My eldest daughter graduates this year and I have had such a good time getting her ready for her high school dances. Fashion has come a long way since it was me..
But I secretly giggle to myself and just know that my daughter will ask me one day in the future what ever was she thinking when she wore that?!

just take your own style and wear what u actually want and u looks too good. smart and beautiful. have a nice prom.

according to me for a prom black is the color...i think u shud go for a strapless black gown!!...itss amazing!!
