any website I go to that has a quicktime application will not work it will show the Q sign with a question mark where vids and pics should be. Does anyone know what could possibly be wrong and what I could do to fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated

this is on my internet, it isn't a quicktime player it is doing this on mozilla firefox, on all of the webpages that require quicktime. I tried to install quicktime player to see if it helped but I am still getting the same thing. I have also tried clearing cookies and history, nothing seems to work, what about redownloading mozilla and uninstalling everything quicktime on my computer?

this question mark u say is caused by a missing codec issue, ok now uninstall any quicktime player u hav (if u hav), and install K-Lite Mega Pack, its found in http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Mega_Codec_Pack.htm its totally free and easy to install it will enable ur windows media player to play quicktime files and real player files. enable all options while installing

Have you tried anyother quicktime movies from other sites? if so, then go to your control panel and uninstall it, then go here, http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html and redownload it and install it, (payattention to the download, as itunes comes with the download unless you uncheck it).
