and i resent being looked at like i just popped an ouzi out from under my coat at the Senior Center's Annual Picnic.
i don't need to be put down or put upon.
but i respect the airspace of others, their homes, their cars,...i just want the same respect for doing something that is legal, i pay for, and get taxed to death over.

I smoked two packs a day for over twenty years, and I agree you should have the right to smoke after your meal, as long as you are in a hermetically sealed area so your smoke doesn't spoil anyone Else's dinner, or drifts around the room affecting other people's health. NO ONE has the right to jeopardize another persons health or well being in any way. And that is the root of the argument. Not that you don't have a right to smoke.

I think there should be smokers lounges and restaurants that are for smokers only* If you don't like it, then don't go in* And that goes for the employees too, if you can't handle the smoke then don't work there! You can die of a lot of other things too! Pretty soon we are ALL gonna die from global warming, so quit whining about us smokers and "your air"*We have bigger fish to fry**

Yep, there sure are. Although we, smokers, do not have the right to make others inhale our residue. Should have places where only smokers are allowed unless they sign a written release. Smile. Don't you think?

That's the way I feel about CANNABIS. But, really now, don't the cigarettes taste better if you haven't been trapped in a room inhaling accumulated, stagnant, exhaled smoke?

yes i agree ! us smokers are getting persecuted. i am very careful not to smoke around non smokers and i think all of us who show that consideration should get a break. instead we are getting banned from everywhere but our own homes
