Japanese:

Please - kudasai (appended to the end of an end-verb), o-negai-shimasu (very formal!)

Thank you! - domo, domo arigatou gozaimasu!

You're welcome! - dou itashimashite!

Chinese- (I 'can' provide the correct pinyin)

Please - qing(3)
Thank you - xie(4) xie(.)
You're welcome - bu(4) ke(3) qi(4) (don't be polite, literally)
(or)
You don't need to say thanks - bu(4) yong(4) xie(4) - (used in the mainland).

In mandarin - which i am learning please is qing pronounced ching, thank you is xie xie sounds like shye shye or syeh syeh depending on where your from, your welcome you can say bu xie.

In Cantonese (I dont know the correct english transcription) thank you sounds like dodze
Don't know the rest....

and my fave mandarin phrases

1. wo ting bu dong (i hear but don't understand you)
2. Tai hao le (that's great)

When you say Chinese, do you mean Mandarin or Cantonese? Chinese really isn't a language.

Hmm... I can tell you Japanese for all three, and Chinese for one.
Please: Onegai shimasu (Japanese)
Thank you: Arigato (Japanese), Xie xie (Chinese)
You're welcome: Douitashimashite (Japanese)

"Thank you" in Chinese is pronounced: syeh-syeh.
"You're welcome" in Chinese is pronounced: bu keqi.
