So it can be argued that dreadlocks have a history in many cultures, but its strongest association in the USA is within the African American community. So what does everyone think of white people with dreads, or by extention any non-black person with dreads?

That they are trying to be black or that they are a hippie. I think black people just look better with dreads anyways.

It's just a hairstyle. As long as the person's hair actually dreads, they take care of it, and it doesn't reek, who cares?
