Does it feel good to hate??? Would you feel even better if you share all that goodness by being ugly and nasty too? Why waste the energy on her or anybody else disagreeable to you - I think she put a response to your question here... if that is her, I can understand why you would not like her. She is quite pushy and needy - tell her to buzz off, leave you alone, go away - warn her that if she continues to bug on you, she may get hurt. If she refuses to listen, give her a quick upper cut punch - that should get the point across.

Wait for her to do something to you and then explode on her. that's not great advice but hey it works.
Don't tell her you hate her unless you're sure you truly do and telling her that, what good does it do to you.

personally, i'd blackmail her. prank her, blackmail her, do a whole bunch of other stuff then write a note all gothy-like that says "i HATE u!!!!!!!"
