Ok!
One step at the time. I am a Spanish Native Speaker as you noticed in my imperfect English.
There is no "pinchi" word in Spanish.
1. Pinche literally means kitchen boy.
2. In some places of Central America means "Stingy".
3. In México has two different uses:
a) I terms of quality it is a despective word. Worthless.
eg. "La comida está muy pinche en ese restaurante".
b) Unpolite adjective used to refer to very close friends.
eg. "Ese pinche Juan es mi mejor amigo"

Hi, I'm from México and I think I can help you... the word you make reference is "pinche" is very used by mexicans.... you cannot translate it really
pinche estupido = ******* stupid
mi pinche amigo = my ******* friend
ese pinche José = That ******* José
está bien pinche bueno = It's so ******' good
though..... pinche is a very "light" word, not very offensive, everybody's used to it
