I wouldn't say fun. Pleasant or happy fits the definition better.

Yukai isn't usued that match in normal conversation anymore. It's usually when something is pleasant, funny, maybe more funny.

'yukai' means "fun", "pleasant","enjoyable"... a happy word. And "Youkai" means scary evils. Sound very similar but means very different:)!!

Hope this will help you and good luck!

Well I assume you mean yukai as in "cheerful" or "pleasant". Of course "yukai suru" means "to abduct" or "to kidnap" someone, so yukai could also mean abduction!
