Cellulite, particular sort of fat deposit usually found in the hip and thigh area, especially in women. Cellulite has a dimply, spongy appearance (sometimes described as orange peel skin) and forms lumps and bulges.
There are very few references to cellulite in medical literature; most doctors regard it as nothing more than fat. However, the media takes a different view and several books have been written about the causes of, and “cures” for, cellulite.
Although more prevalent in obese women, cellulite can also occur in thin women and not all fat found on the thighs and hips is cellulite. Some authors argue that it is caused by oestrogen and so is exclusively a women’s condition; others say that men also have cellulite—particularly around the waist.
II CAUSES
Cellulite is thought to be caused by an accumulation of toxins and water in adipose tissue (fat). The lymphatic system is responsible for the removal of waste products (toxins) from the tissues, and if the lymph is moving sluggishly for any reason then removal of toxins in that area will not be complete. Unlike the blood system, the lymphatic circulation has no pump and is dependent upon muscle contractions to move it around the body. It is therefore suggested a sedentary lifestyle causes poor lymphatic circulation and hence accumulation of the toxins and water responsible for cellulite formation.
Oestrogen can produce water retention, for example, in premenstrual syndrome, and it has been cited as an important cause. The increased number of women taking synthetic oestrogens in the contraceptive pill and in hormone replacement therapy has also been suggested as an important factor in the higher prevalence of cellulite over the past three decades.
Recent research in the United States has shown that the proteoglycan content of cellulite is different from that of ordinary skin. There are more water-attracting molecules in cellulite, which may lead to the increased water retention. Repeated dieting can cause the skin to lose its elasticity and may also contribute towards the formation of cellulite.
III TREATMENT
Some people resort to liposuction or liposculpture in order to remove cellulite. This is a surgical process in which excess fat is “vacuumed” out of the body. The success of liposuction is unproven. Sensible eating and regular exercise help to control weight; they also stimulate the lymphatic circulation and improve general health—regardless of their effects on cellulite

I don't know any cures, but there are some creams and lotions that can "fix" it temporarily. Most of them have caffeine in them. Check out the aisle with lotions in somewhere like Walmart, you will see many different brands.
What I wonder is, if everyone has it, why do we stress out about it so much?
