I'm trying to find the BEST Pre Paid Cellphone to use with roll over minutes. I know there is thousand of them out there, but which one are "honest?" Most of the ones I contacted say you get this, or that with the Pre-Paid calling card DO NOT GIVE U ALL THAT THEY SAY!! What is the highest rated Pre-Paid cellphone calling card company\w all the latest features on the cellphone such as; text messageing, ringtones, camera, videos, and so forth. I got know ya'all got to get me a new cellphone company ASAP! So Show your love & let me know who has the best RATES, and Cellphone!
