does anyone kno where i can find out where special education started? i looked at yahoo and google already?

i already looked on yahoo and google but its really nothing from what i heard it started in spain but im not sure please help

If that doesn't help, you could probably contact your local school district and ask to talk to the special education coordinator and ask them if they know of a good website. Good luck!!
