The only way you can do that is to be there while it is being typed...
You cannot "pre-read" any message from any instant message program before the user sends it...becasue it isn't sent yet.
That includes AIM, Yahoo, Skype, MSN....all of them...

You can't, and you also cannot do it with AIM
