Well, orange and brown does actually goes together. But, are there any other butterfly colors that intrigue or impress you that you may like? If these are the colors that you like, then I suggest that you find some tinsel that resembles the butterflies and the colors that you prefer. If you have the talent, or someone who does, that can draw a butterfly with those colors, I say go for it. It is your wedding and if you and your fiance likes that theme, then, find as many butterfly-themed material with the colors that you like.
Congrats and good luck.

I think the color combination is great for your theme. Those colors we're really popular in fall of 2006 and still are very popular. Be careful not to use too much of the green and brown and maybe add a few lighter colors like yellow, etc.. to keep the color palette vibrant.

Congrats!

it sounds very autumny- that's not a word. You didn't say when it was. I'd have to see this. I've done afew wedddings myself and I have to get a real picture in my head. For Fall theme I think it would be beautiful. For a spring or summer I'd go with more blues, blushes, melons, greens, soft pinks- That my oipinion. It's your wedding and you are the one who will live with those few moments the rest of you life.I love Butterflies though, they are my absolute Favorites.

If you like these colours for your wedding, then I think that these colours would be perfect for you. It is your wedding, it is totally your decision as to what colours you use. Don't take any criticism from anyone. They can pick their own colours for their own wedding and stay out of your wedding decisions. I had a lot of criticism for the colours I chose for my wedding many years ago but I loved them and wouldn't you know it, now the critics look back at the pictures and say how lovely they look and weren't the colours perfect!! Go with what you feel best suits you and have a wonderful wedding and a long, very happy married life.

Sounds nice to me - espcially for a fall wedding. If you are getting married in the summer I would lighten the colors.

Only if it's in the fall & you're using Monarachs - there's a lot of different butterflies in a rainbow of colors.
