It is very apparent that they do not have a listing of all what is for sale, and they may tell you that they have the "inside scoop on some home" As a buyer you want to see what is all for sale. They try to give the impression that they have it all with there MLS yet they do not say that there are several MLS and they do not cross list. And there are many homes not on the MLS such as New Homes, forclousers and many other.
Do you see how this and all the other brokers have shorted the market and thus drove up prices? This game of not see what is out there for sale has been played over many times and now there is a bubble.And this gave the impression that there has been a big shortage and thus drove up prices and way over inflated them.

www.tarbell.com. I don't work for them, just found it when looking for a house. I think they cover Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside and maybe San Diego counties.
