The first word is more than likely the one that is practically universal around the world in all languages, namely "mama" - the sound a baby makes while nursing.

I would say the first word was probably the name Adam, but wait then that means that word name would have had to of come first because to make a name you must first know what it is and establish a word for what it is, but then I think the first word would have been WORD. I don't know its hard to say.

There's no way to know. Use of spoken language predates use of writing. By the time people started writing things down, they were already using different languages, and had been for many thousands of years, if current linguistic theories are accurate.
