Has anyone gotten their deposit back from Valubuild panals?

Is there anybody who has faught Valubuild to get their deposit back after they couldn't get their guarantee plans approved by their city?Did they tell you that you would get a discount because a contractor lost his deposit?What was the outcome? did you get your money back? Do you have a lawyer you can recommend?

Litigation is always difficult for something like this. You probably need to find someone who is a large user and tag on the back of their lawsuit so that you don't spend too much money.
