Both are the same meaning of word Thank you .....

Shukriya is in Urdu and
Dhanayvaad is in HIndi !!

The two differences.

1. Spelling and different language

2. shukriya is urdu word and Dhanya waad is hindi word

Meaning for both the words is same ie., thanks

Both mean the same : "Thank You" in English and "Danke" in German .

"Shukriya" is a Urdu word
and
"DhanyaVaad " is a Hindi word.

'shukriyaa' and 'dhanya vaad' are same meaning but shukriyaa is said in the form of happy mode & 'dhanya vaad' is usually said in all modes
