1. County Fairs by the Marine Corps. This program would bring Dentists, Doctors, Engineers, etc., to a town and try to win it over by helping them in all manner of things.
2. Combined Action Companies: USMC. This program integrated US Marines with local Popular Forces withing certain villages to assist in security.
3. Chieu Hoi Program: USMC: Relocation program to entice North Vietnamese Soldiers and Vietcong to defect.
