I would also like to include their role in what they did such as covering up information or lying. I am not clear on what the laws are with this sort of thing. I am not looking to get into trouble--it would just make me feel a whole lot better!! I guess I am looking for a little revenge in a situation where I was totally powerless to do anything about it.

You can get sued over about anything these days. If you can back up everything you say in print with proof; I would say you could create the page and post the information. If however you cannot, Iit might be more along the line of being libel or slander. I would suggest you find a different avenue to vent your anger. One that doesn't hurt you or someone else.
It was smart to ask before doing it, makes you the better person in my book. Take the high road and let it be.
