There's nothing he can do. If he's healthy, he should be grateful that he has good health.
Tell him to get over it and just be happy with who he is.

the only thing you can do is to stay healthy by exercising and eating right...if ur really desperate, i know of people who have tried human growth hormones with good results but thats risky.. good luck
