The believe that its to do with the "red hand of ulster"
However, Rangers FC are taking very serious action against supporters who do this, at very least they will receive a ban.
It should be noted however that there is a minority of fans who follow all teams who are NOT interested in the game at all and who want to cause trouble no matter what..if that means giving Nazi salutes them fine, same goes for violence..
ALL TRUE SUPPORTERS SHOULD REPORT THE SALUTERS TO STEWARDS WHO WILL DEAL WITH THEM!
Trust your club, they dont like the trouble either..
Contact Laurence McIntyre at rangers for help, he is a good guy, he'll do the right thing!!

it's the red hand of ulster salute you morons a large proportion of rangers fans come from northern ireland and give the salute as as token of loyalty to the queen
