The best way is to post ads in Craigslist that you're looking for women. Also tell them potential rewards they can get in terms of money. The law is really iffy in this area, because all escorts say you pay for time only, not any sexual act which is illegal. To get clients you should also post at Craigslist and Backpage in their adult services category. Also, places like aspd.net which reviews escorts, buy an ad or have your girls post an ad on the forums. Reviews will make or break you. If you want to succeed you better make your girls give 110% for each client to really build a base. Sometimes its not what the girls look like but how they preform. It would also be wise to see if you want to do just incall(clients come to the women) or outcall(your women go to the clients) or both. And where the women will go is another thing. Its not a hard business just make sure you keep the customers happy which is what the business is all about.

i have my own escort buisness whoever it not something you should go into lightly
you really need know what script is out there
firstly you can advertise in daily sport newspaper under classified pages
to advertise on weekly basis this will cost you approx £150 depending if you running from home or your doing call outs there a number things you really be clued up on !
if doing out call do not arrange a visit for a girl unless this guy gives hotel name and room number that way before going you can call hotel ask to be put through to room to make sure the client there.

Find some young women that are willing to work for you, but unless you do have some high end connections, you'll just be another pimp posting ads on escort websites, and making little to no money. Your lady friends will jump ship fast.
