I am selling on ebay, does ebay show any sign of payment when your buyer pays via ebay. I know we get a notification from paypal, but does ebay mark it paid anywhere, help !! thanks ahead of time for brain dead today

If it is paid through PayPal it will show up as paid. You have to track Money Order Payments on your own, the buyer can mark it as payment sent, but you have to mark it as recieved. Don't accept personal checks....you could get dupped time and time again.

On your My eBay page, it shows the list of things you sold. It will show an icon that tells you when your item has been paid for, shipped, feedback recieved, and feedback given. I think keeping track of it all on paper is the easiest for me, but your My eBay as all the information is there for you.

On your profile page on eBay, there are three sumbols by each transaction -- one for payment (sent or received), one for feedback left, and one for feedback received. eBay has made it easy to keep track of purchases/sales -- just check out your homepage there.

subscribe to a seller manager program..its like an extra five bucks and everything will do it for you. The basic service forces you to do everything by hand.

you may need to get some ebay software to help you out....join the powerseller forums to learn some tricks and tips they implement....good luck!
