Lemon, orange, potatoes, etc. They have electrolytes in them.
As for bases, I think baking soda is one. It's used for cleaning. I read about chemistry things somwhere. Make sure you don't mix checmicals of which you don't know what's going to happen. Some of them are harmful and such. If they sputter, they can burn the skin, etc.

acetic acid, muriatic acid, citric acid, hydrochloric acid (in your stomach) and sulfuric acid (batteries). i think that Hydrogen Peroxide is technically an acid to with H202

well some acids i know of are citric acid which is just in oranges and stuff and acetic acid (i think) which is in vinegar.
The only base i can think of is ammonia... used for cleaning.
