I'm planning on taking accetic acid and salt in one container and NH4+ in the other with salt.

Will any of them producce crystals?

Depends on the salt and how soluble it is. If the salt isn't soluble then it will stay as crystals in the bottom. If it is then it will break apart into its ions. If the ions are the right strength to react then it will depend on whether or not the products from the reaction are soluble. If the are no crystals will form. If they aren't soluble then they will precipitate.

Both Acetic acid and Nh4+ both contain water in liquid form.

Salt is soluble in water. It's also neutral so it wouldn't change.
