pH of the motor oil is not easily determined unless there is water in it. See definition of what is measured with a pH meter. The water would then show a pH only if there were a water soluable species in it such as the acids which are from products of combustion. Car wash detergents are generally above 11 after adding to water.

If that's not coming off, that's not motor oil. Motor oil comes off with cleansing soap and water. discover out what that's first earlier you scrub each of the paint off. And do it quickly. The more beneficial it drys, the harder it develop into to get it off. === oftentimes you should use like substance to bathe it off. In laundry, you should use vinegar to bathe out pink wine (wine will develop into vinegar if left round too lengthy). So like sensible you may attempt making use of oil depending hand cleaners and then use cleansing soap and water to scrub off the hand cleanser (2 step). I used to apply a oil depending hand cleanser called "MOJO". oftentimes automobile detailers is universal with what works best. sturdy success.
