Here's one plan. Let farmers use pesticides without government interference so that they can continue to grow low-cost healthy produce free from the health problems and costs associated with bug-infested food.

Farmer's and other pesticide users are driven to use the minimum pesticide that provides protection because they are trying to keep their costs down so they can make a living (farming is a tough competitive business most places).
