How to do supercooling?

I saw this video on youtube, this guy turns a bottle of beer into frozen ice in a matter of seconds,here's the link http://youtube.com/watch?v=SfkHS_58yvs
i also saw someone did that to a water bottle before.
can someone tell me how to do this?

Probably putting the beer bottle in dry ice. The shock seems to set off the freezing process.

I wouldn't recommend it. You can end up with the glass exploding if the water within it freezes.
