Steel wool is the product of a mechanical lathe turning of a variety of steels. Composition will include mostly Fe and most of 20 other elements that go into "steel" No set formula.
Vinegar. Usually a 3% solution of "acetic acid" formed from the aerobic fermentation of any number of organics including apples (cider) organic processes that include many feed stocks. Essentially , vinegar is acetic acid. Practically it is 3% acetic acid with a vast amount of other substances that come from the fermentation and the distillation processes.
