1 or 2. There's hydrochloric acid in the stomach and it's a strong acid.

it would depend somewhat whether u have eaten massively alkali foods on not e.g loads of alcohol, which would neutralise the stomach acid so the sick is of neutral pH (about 7). however as a general rule, sick would be acidic (pH 1-4) because of the hydrochloric acid in the stomach.
