Terrorism is a term used to describe violence or other harmful acts committed (or threatened) against civilians by groups or persons for political or other ideological goals. Most definitions of terrorism include only those acts which are: intended to create fear or "terror," are perpetrated for a political goal (as opposed to a hate crime or "madman" attack), and deliberately target "non-combatants". Some definitions exclude acts committed by "legitimate" governments, however this exclusion is not universally accepted. In many cases the notion of "legitimate" and the definition of "combatant" is disputed, especially by partisans to the conflict in question.

As a form of unconventional warfare, terrorism is sometimes used when attempting to force political change by: convincing a government or population to agree to demands to avoid future harm or fear of harm, destabilization of an existing government, motivating a disgruntled population to join an uprising, escalating a conflict in the hopes of disrupting the status quo, expressing the severity of a grievance, or drawing attention to a neglected cause.

The terms "terrorism" and "terrorist" (someone who engages in terrorism) carry a strong negative connotation. These terms are often used as political labels to condemn violence or threat of violence by certain actors as immoral, indiscriminate, or unjustified. Those labeled "terrorists" rarely identify themselves as such, and typically use other generic terms or terms specific to their situation, such as: separatist, freedom fighter, liberator, revolutionary, vigilante, militant, paramilitary, guerrilla, rebel, jihadi or mujaheddin, or fedayeen, or any similar-meaning word in other languages.

Biggin-I would like to add to your comment that in the 70'sGutierrez defined "gringo" as the White Man. He now states that not all White Men are Gringos, and not all Gringos are White. He is against all races that are not "Chicano"!

If he believes that then he is the same as Hitler. He is not a Terrorist, unless he incites terror by physical threat, bombing and such. he is a genocidest(don't think its a real word.) Hitler was not considered a terrorist, he just wanted to commit genocide by killing off all the Jews.

Well...............I would say he's a watched man. Funny that ppl only consider terrorism bombs and shootings, don't you think? I wonder if he has any relatives that work at Bank of America, oh say at one in City of Industry, California? Hmm? He most definitely can be considered RACIST. And a former judge to boot. Plus the FACT that he got a "Hero of the year award" from the national Council of La Raza in 94 ?!?! And the white devil?!?! Everytime say somebody from Iran, Venezuela, iraq or any where else says that about somebody here, they are labeled as a dictator or terrorist. What's the difference exactly?

I would not refer to that coward as a "man" He should have been in a noose next to Sadam "Insane" How is that not considered a terroristic threat? In that train of thought, as soon as you had the "white devil" (ha ha!) taken care of you would move on to the Black Americans and then the smaller minority groups that completely goes against what this "melting pot" thing is supposed to be about.

Yes, he is a terrorist by the very definition...and that would make all the companies (including our own government) who give money to La Raza, terrorists sympathizers.

Terrorist, sure why not? He has threatened the lives of Americans. I could tell you what I really think, but everytime I speak the truth, or mention something that illegals MUST hide, my post is deleted. So I'll think hateful thoughts--and you'll be able to read my mind.

Now, if he were saying there are innate mental differences between men and women or that he considers homosexuality immoral he'd be hounded right out of the University of Texas, but he only calls for exterminating whites, so that's just an exercise in free speech, not terrorism.

If he calls for the killing of American citizens, then yeah. He's got "terrorist" written all over him.

While he is a jerk, he still has freedom of speech. If he didn't actually DO something, there's nothing we can do.

However, I bet the FBI has an eye on him.
