In regards to clothing, makeup, walking, tone of voice, etc. How can you tell the difference between the two?

You can't generalize like that. Women from France look and dress quite differently from the Brits; and women from Eastern Europe (say, Bulgaria or Russia) quite differently from the Czechs or Hungarians. I think the Brits and Russians tend to dress with less style than women in capital cities like Paris, Praque or Budapest. However, the main difference I've seen is that Americans, as a group, tend to be taller and noticeably more overweight compared to Europeans of any country.

One difference is the girls hear in the U.S are getting more and more Developed from all the processing and foods we eat as over there they have more proportionate meals ,but theres still wierd people over there, thats one thing in commen!!
