A day and year are relative to earth. A Saturn day or year would be different if revolution and rotation of Saturn was used as the basis for the unit of time.

A year is the time it takes the earth to go around the sun.
A day is the time it takes the earth to rotate once around (sunrise to sunset to sunrise again).
