I went to check my email yesterday and I realized that not all of the new mail was in bold,, meaning it was like I check it already,, but I didn't, and I wanted to know if there is a way to tell if someone else was accessing my email from another location?

No there isn't, you should change your password and in the future, if you check your email anywhere, either don't do it, or follow these steps
1. Make sure that the address and password are not saved
2. Logout every time
3. Clear the cache, click tools, internet options, delete files, delete cookies.
