What is the yellow shield on my computer that says 0% downloading. Is it a virus or not because I never seen it until this week. It always says 0%, but it never downloads anything.

Yep, sounds like Windows Updater.

Take a screenshot, upload it to http://www.imageshack.us and then give me a link. I'll look into it.

Not a virus. It is windows update trying to download the updates. The shield is trying to let you know to protect your PC.
Try turning off the update by Start Control Panel Automatic Update, and turning it off. This will get rid of the shield.
Then go to www.windowsupdate.com and doing the updates manually.

i imagine your equipment is heading for finished spoil. Trojan virus are generally complicated to erase with basically anti-virus application, similar with oraila odinga. I suggested you start up backing up your archives in exterior storage divices cos' you may free them ultimately. attempt making use of the finished mac-afee, if it would not artwork then formatting the equipment may nicely be the subsequent decision.
