I STILL get along with my EX mother in law...LOL but yes we got along when I was married to her son as well.

I get along with my mother-in-law, but my husband can't stand my mother! It makes things difficult when they can't get along with each other.

Well, it's interesting. I've been married over 17 years. I met my MIL only once, she lives in Eastern Europe, and came for a visit about seven years ago. She is totally wonderful, the mom of 11 kids, and I wish she were in my life!

nope! Never did. That is why I was sooo happy 5 yrs ago when she cheated on my fil and left! she now lives in a differnt state and hasn't seen my kids since then.
