I understand you.
But let ask you, why do you love lingerie? Because you want to feel sexy? Do you like to look at yourself in the mirror as you see a sexy girl in front of you?
If so, then you are just thinking indirectly about sex. Not the fact that you want to have sex, not even close. But you are feeling simple human behaviors and needs like the need to attract the opposite sex.
This is normal, and is exactly what your mother is afraid of. The problem is that parents keep on forgetting how they were when they were your age, and think that now they know better. She can not stop you from doing many things, including having sex. What she can do is teach you when is the right time to have sex.
And that goes with everything else. You as an individual, will choose what you think is better at the end. If you were 13 years old, then I would say is a little too early to be thinking about wearing sexy lingerie. Maybe some sexy clothes, but underwear can be regular, still nice. This is one of the reasons why Victoria’s Secret decided to open the “Pink” line. Their executives knew it would be a good way to push out nice underwear and clothes for teenagers, and still keep it good for parents that don’t want to admit their kids are growing up.
Since you are almost 18, and you will be an “adult” in about 6 months as for what you said, you are now really in the need to show your body, and you could get frustrated if you don’t.
I would suggest talking to your mother. Talk to her like a friend, not like your mother only, and tell her you would like to get some nice underwear, not for going out to have sex, but because you want to wear it, because you feel sexy with it, and because you feel more comfortable with it.
But don’t buy the sexiest piece you can find. Instead look for things more for your age, like that “Pink” brand I mentioned. You can find many things like that on many stores. Is your job to convince your mother not only to get it, but also to help you choose if you want to. Make her feel she is part of your life, and that she can trust you.
Soon you will be able to go out yourself and choose whatever lingerie you like, but for now, work it out as I tell you and you should be fine. Besides, you will help your mother accept the fact that you are not a little girl anymore, and even better, make her happy because she has a beautiful daughter that is all grown up already.
Next thng you know, you will be wearing the sexiest lingerie ever in your life. Just don’t go out showing all the guys… LOL... They will run after you.

You don't need lingerie yet girl! s**t you are too young....what are you going to wear it around the house with your mom and dad home....wait a few more years!

What is wrong with buying lingerie ????? I think your Mom should rethink how she feels about your tastes. As long as you aren't showing yourself to the guys in your lingerie....

Well, while you're still a minor living under your parents roof, you should respect their wishes. When you move out and assume adult responsibilities, then you can do what you like!
